It's October 1st and I'm here to say - Pumpkin Seeds rule! I picked some up at our local Trader Joe's this weekend and have found them to be the perfect snack for snacking on. Plus, I read they are very nutritious. I have sealed them in an airtight container and put them in the cabinet...but have since learned they should be stored in the fridge. Who knew? I've been eating them with the shell on and Jason thinks I'm crazy. He doesn't like them.Ps. Take the poll! (on your right ->)
